It is a good idea to submit your photos (modeling or regular snapshots) to as many modeling agency's as you can. Email your pictures or mail each modeling agency your pictures. Every agency is always looking for new models to sign to there agency.
BUT, BEFORE YOU CONTACT A MODELING AGENCY:
Be sure you are ready to become a model! There are so many thing you need to understand about what a modeling agency wants to see. Please check out my page on how to become a model first to prepare you!
Note* Although sending pictures to a modeling agency can be effective I still recommend using model searches and online modeling agency's.

Once you have found a modeling agency that suits you, contact them and send them a few pictures to the agency.

I hope that these lists are helpful in assisting you to find the right modeling agency for you. They are all reputable and I recommend contacting as many of them as you can.
But, let me give you some words of advice first: EXPECT TO GET REJECTED!
I had to go through one modeling agency after another telling me NO, before a found the ones that said YES! You too will have to do this with each one you contact. Some of them will say no and some will say yes.
Just know that if you keep trying you will find the modeling agency that will say yes!
